About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition, or HR roles with exposure to recruitment processes
- Candidates with a background in HR who have participated in recruitment-related activities are also encouraged to apply
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
