The Sandbox is looking to incorporate a Project Manager responsible for the coordination, implementation, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization set by Product Owners.
Responsibilities

Help the Squad Leads (Product Owner and Tech Lead) to plan, keep track, and follow implementation of the tasks, until the completion of the Feature.

Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.

Help define Squad capacity needs, allocate resources.

Support and direct team, monitoring and report on project progress.

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.

Problem-solving and leadership skills.

Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

Conflict resolution experience.

Experience with UGC games like Roblox, Minecraft, Core Games (Nice to have).

UX/Programming/Game development background (Nice to have).
