Responsibilities

Oversee delivery efforts, resolving issues that emerge on large-scale programs with integrated Digital elements

Handle the initiation, planning, and execution of intricate projects and programs

Remain engaged in the release management process to ensure teams consistently produce high-quality results

Select and put into practice suitable delivery methodologies to support successful project completion

Determine technology solutions that effectively address client business needs

Maintain accountability for yourself and your team regarding KPIs related to delivery success, business health, team growth, and technical proficiency

Create project and program governance structures adapted to each client's unique environment

Continue expanding your technical knowledge while directing, coordinating, and influencing decisions on critical technology matters

Serve as the delivery and technology partner for clients, connecting their vision with available capabilities and solutions

Support alignment of decisions across internal and client teams to ensure effective project execution

Set up and champion engineering best practices that contribute to continuous improvements in quality and productivity
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent advanced certification
-
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities

A minimum of one year of experience leading a team of 20 or more employees
-
At least 5 full-cycle project experiences, or participation in several projects covering different stages of the development lifecycle

Demonstrated capability delivering complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed settings
-
Strong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture

Proven experience overseeing sophisticated Digital systems and components
-
Experience working with senior-level stakeholders at the VP level and above
-
Strong project or program management skills within a highly technical context

Thorough understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects, including knowledge of User Experience Design elements such as design systems/frameworks, user research, accessibility, and content strategy

Familiarity with CMS platforms

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms

Background in mobile app design and development

Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

Experience leading programs focused on modernization and re-platforming of large-scale solutions

Familiarity with Digital Transformation initiatives and the challenges involved in implementing them within legacy environments

Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts

Experience developing solutions from the ground up

Experience delivering cloud-ready solutions on platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
-
Experience bringing microservice architectures into live production

Experience delivering data-intensive solutions, with integration architecture knowledge viewed as beneficial
