Senior Integration Support Engineer | Dicom Systems

This is an infrastructure-first engineering role with a strong focus on Linux, troubleshooting, automation, customer implementations and production support.
Key requirements:
- Strong practical Linux system administration skills
- Solid TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on troubleshooting across OS, applications, networks, storage, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, SSL/TLS, etc.
- Bash / Shell scripting and automation
- Understanding of servers, storage, virtualization and enterprise infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to take ownership of issues through resolution
- Strong English communication and customer-facing skills
Nice to have:
- Healthcare IT / medical imaging experience
- DICOM, HL7, FHIR, DICOMweb
- PACS, RIS, VNA, EHR/EMR integrations
- VMware, Hyper-V, cloud or hybrid environments
- Monitoring, logging, databases and security experience
