Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Python.Web Developer to join our global team
Responsibilities

Lead the development team in transitioning of product development and operations to EPAM

Lead ongoing software delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, post production support
-
Work closely with the product manager, delivery manager, and other developers on software architecture, design, dependencies and code maintainability
-
Investigate product roadmap, architecture, deployment and testing process
-
Create a knowledge transfer and onboarding plan including shadowing if necessary
-
Develop backend APIs and perform code reviews
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience as Python.Web Developer

1+ year of leadership experience
-
Prior experience in providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they build and deploy software solutions

Experience with backlog planning, prioritization, and estimations

Strong communication skills

Ability to establish and manage project tasks, scheduling, and delivery

Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, Cognito, Lambda, EC2)

Hands-on experience with back-end development experience in AWS environment (ecs, lambda, ec2)
-
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
-
Hands-on experience with REST, API-First with Python/Django
-
Hands-on experience with mobile app development
