We are seeking a Senior Accountant to deliver monthly US GAAP close activities across assigned entities or accounting processes. You will manage accurate SAP postings, prepare reconciliations and variance analysis, and respond to audit needs while improving processes and escalating complex issues when necessary. Responsibilities

Deliver US GAAP bookkeeping for assigned entities and accounting areas, including accruals, prepayments, and routine close activities

Run monthly close activities in SAP while meeting established procedures and deadlines

Develop balance sheet reconciliations and provide profit & loss variance explanations for assigned scope

Check source documents and confirm accounting attributes before posting or pre-upload to SAP, including tax code and support package completeness

Prepare accrual and prepayment adjustments by using system data, trend analysis, and supporting documentation

Observe and resolve posting issues between other company’s operational systems and SAP within assigned scope

Investigate irregular or unusual transactions and propose proper accounting treatment for review by senior team members or management

Collaborate with local accountants, business contacts, and other finance teams to clarify items and complete close procedures on time

Assist third party accounting providers by delivering required data for local accounting purposes

Respond to internal and external audit requests by collecting explanations, reconciliations, and supporting documents

Join process improvement initiatives, including testing and implementing system or workflow changes
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 years of accounting experience, with preference for international exposure

Good grasp of US GAAP, IFRS, and general accounting principles

Working experience with SAP or another ERP system for accounting operations

Excel proficiency for reconciliations and supporting calculations

Strong focus on accuracy, clear accountability, and ability to work independently within defined procedures

Good English communication skills in writing and speaking (B1+ level or higher)
