About the Role
Our client is hiring Customer Success Managers to directly manage a portfolio of US staffing industry clients. As a CSM you will drive onboarding, account strategy, technical workflow setup, user training, and long-term customer growth. You will partner with Deployment Engineers to design messaging flows, automations, and AI agents directly in the product without waiting on engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Client Interaction: Host Zoom calls for onboarding, user training, technical check-ins, and proactive strategy sessions.
- Implementation & Automation: Configure AI agents, campaign logic, and integration workflows for accounts alongside Deployment Engineers.
- Account Growth & Retention: Track platform usage, mitigate churn, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and conduct monthly proactive reviews.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose data sync, webhook, and API integration issues before coordinating with engineering.
- Product Feedback: Collect structured feedback from clients and pass key insights to the engineering team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education/Technical Background: Degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics) OR hands-on experience managing technical SaaS products (APIs, webhooks, workflow automations).
- Language: Native or fully fluent written and spoken English with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record running SaaS customer onboarding, de-escalations, and account reviews.
- Mindset: Proactive by default, self-directed learner, high accountability, and low ego with a strong growth mindset.
