Description:
We're looking for an email and DNS specialist to resolve a deliverability issue in Zoho Mail. Currently, internal, external, and automated emails from Optimal Blue are not being delivered correctly, with possible DMARC rejections.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the Zoho Mail configuration.
- Audit DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Review the Cloudflare DNS configuration and mail routing.
- Analyze mail delivery and authentication logs.
- Identify the root cause of undelivered inbound emails.
- Implement necessary fixes in DNS and Zoho Mail.
- Perform send/receive testing.
- Deliver a summary of findings, recommendations, and documentation of changes made.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Zoho Mail.
- Solid knowledge of DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and experience with Cloudflare.
- Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
- Ability to coordinate with third parties (Optimal Blue) if needed.
Contract type: One-time project (freelance)
Budget: USD 50–70, depending on scope (diagnosis only vs. diagnosis + fix + testing) Completion criteria: Optimal Blue emails are delivered without DMARC rejections, and brief documentation of the changes is provided.
