We are building a Lead UIPath Developer role to own low-code/no-code automation delivery with UIPath and turn Product Owner goals into working solutions. You will design, ship, and support automations end to end while partnering closely with the Automation & Productivity squad to raise standards and impact; apply now.
Responsibilities

Design and develop automation solutions with UIPath by using pre-built templates and following a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for automation scripts

Partner with the Product Owner to capture and clarify technology needs, translating them into effective automation solutions

Own the automation lifecycle from solution design through development, testing, and deployment to improve productivity across the project

Collaborate within the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices and provide guidance

Define and evolve automation standards and guidelines to support consistent delivery

Monitor Low Code/No Code and automation trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance automation capabilities
Requirements

Proven track record with 5+ years of strong proficiency in UIPath, including hands-on delivery of automation solutions using the tool

Solid understanding of Low Code/No Code principles with the ability to apply templates effectively to speed up automation development

Hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure automation scripts are reliable and high quality

Excellent communication skills paired with a consistently professional approach

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to design efficient automation solutions

Demonstrated passion for automation and a desire to drive innovation within the project

English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)
