We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong network within the industrial sector and the ability to identify business opportunities related to automation, control, and industrial integration projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and facilitating introductions to potential clients within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, contributing directly to the company's commercial growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and refer business opportunities related to industrial automation projects.
- Generate leads and establish connections with industrial companies.
- Identify automation, control, and integration needs within industrial processes.
- Facilitate meetings and introductions with decision-makers.
- Follow up on prospects and business opportunities.
- Support the development of strategic business relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to help drive project closures.
- Professionally represent the company within the industrial sector.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in industrial sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Previous exposure to industrial automation, manufacturing, control systems, instrumentation, robotics, or industrial services is highly desirable.
- Strong network of contacts within the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop commercial relationships.
- Experience working under commission-based compensation structures is preferred.
