Great products deserve great storytellers. Listo runs behind the scenes at stadiums, arenas, and hotels used by NFL, NBA, and NHL teams, plus brands like Marriott, Hyatt, and Live Nation, and we want someone who can bring that story to life across social and video.
This role is equal parts strategist and creator: you'll plan the content and then actually make it happen.
- Owning Listo's marketing strategy and roadmap end to end: brand, positioning, and go-to-market
- Building and running campaigns across content, social, email, and paid media that fill the pipeline
- Owning our social channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond, organic and paid
- Creating hands-on content yourself, including explainer and product videos for YouTube and LinkedIn
- Turning client wins into case studies, sales enablement, and social proof
- Managing our website, SEO, and inbound strategy
- Partnering directly with sales and leadership on positioning as we scale
- Owning the marketing budget and channel decisions, testing what works and doubling down
- 3-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, having owned a channel or function end to end
- Comfortable creating content and video yourself, from concept to a finished piece
- A background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or venue tech is a strong plus
- Native-level spoken English, since you'll be presenting to clients and leadership regularly
- Comfortable in HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn ads, email platforms
- You move fast and don't wait around for permission to have ideas
- Full ownership of the marketing function, with room to grow it into a bigger leadership role as we scale
- Work with some of the most recognizable names in sports, hospitality, and entertainment
- Remote-first and genuinely flexible
- Direct line to leadership, real influence on strategy
- Competitive pay for a remote, global role
