The role will serve as the primary HR Analytics and insights advisor in Americas, being responsible to provide meaningful, and relevant analytics and insights to leaders, supporting critical talent decision making every day, provide support in critical projects requiring deep knowledge of Talent Metrics and analytical tools to process and structure big amounts of data
Main responsibilities:
- Advisory support Management reporting, HR Metrics analysis and deep dive, adhoc analysis for decision making/leadership meetings/support special projects
- Enable with right level of information to complete their operational work, mainly though creation of self-service reporting tools and dashboards. As such be HR Reporting platforms business owners (Workday): Interlock with Technology to fulfill data requirements. Collaborate to ensure all digital tools meet business needs. Leverage Workday reporting & analytics capabilities

Operational reporting i.e. Headcount detailed reports, Hiring reports, employee rosters, Productivity reports.

Management Reporting including monthly/quarterly Executive packs with a consolidated view of key HR metrics.

Dashboard Design and Maintenance with Key HR Metrics allowing self Service analysis and exploration for HR and the Business Leads. I.e. the Insights for My Organization Dashboard in Workday

Integrated Analytics & Insights Advisory, including customized and adhoc data analysis to Deep dive in specific topics or to Support special projects. I.e. Attrition Analysis including current state, trend analysis, hot spot analysis indicating key contributors to attrition spikes, market trends based on external data and qualitative analysis based on leavers and employee surveys. Future of work Sentiment Analyzed (text analytics).

Advanced Analytics (Connect and collaborate with the advanced analytics team) including Text Analytics, Predictive modeling and Scenario Modeling. I,e The Gender Modeling tool, to support achievement of short term and long term gender Mix goals by predicting future results based on current and historical results as well as customized scenario modeling to suggest actions required to achieve goals.
- Partner to define HR´s reporting strategy in alignment with Strategic talent priorities.
- Champion the drive across HR to build data fluency and digital tool enablement.
Must have: 3-5 years of relevant experience at a mid/senior level.
