Ecolab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Screener in BA, Argentina who play a critical role in the recruitment process by reviewing the initial candidate pool against job requirements to determine the first slate of candidates for the recruiter to review. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications and match them to the job's needs.
This role will be responsible for:

Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and job requirements.
- Provide TA Recruiter with a qualified panel of candidates to screen.

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Provide feedback to recruiters about the candidate pool and any observed trends or insights.
This role will be accountable for:

Review candidate applications to evaluate experience & education against job qualifications
- Use an objective mind and with clear understanding of role and duties to assess applicants.
- Retaining applicant resume or details that were omitted in application process.

Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and screening decisions.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of job requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
