Responsibilities

Define revenue recognition solution strategy, emphasizing native NetSuite capabilities

Own architecture and design decisions for NetSuite OTC and ARM workflows and data structures
-
Elicit stakeholder requirements and translate challenges into clear, actionable direction

Produce functional specifications and design documentation aligned with delivery standards

Build demo code and production-ready solutions using SuiteScript, RESTlets, and NetSuite internals
-
Implement unit tests and verification procedures to ensure quality and standards compliance
-
Provide post-production support for NetSuite ERP functions, with emphasis on revenue recognition

Coordinate with developers, QA, and analysts to deliver outcomes across the full SDLC
-
Evaluate and improve item catalog structures, record schemas, and operational processes tied to revenue recognition

Execute hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for revenue recognition and OTC issues
-
Maintain daily availability from 8am ET to 5pm ET and operate independently as a self-starter
Requirements

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and NetSuite, including 5+ years delivering revenue recognition outcomes

Proven leadership background with 1+ years directing solution strategy and setting technical standards

Solid project planning capability to run full-cycle delivery with distributed remote teams

Expert knowledge of NetSuite Order to Cash (OTC), including item catalog and record structures
-
Advanced expertise in NetSuite ARM and revenue recognition configuration
-
Strong command of SuiteScript, including RESTlets and internal NetSuite mechanics
-
Solid understanding of SDLC stages—requirements, design, implementation, verification, and support
-
Strong ability to produce functional specifications and design artifacts with clarity and rigor
-
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interviews and actionable recommendations

Strong collaboration skills for working with developers, QA, and analysts in shared delivery environments

Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

Experience with Atlassian Jira for delivery tracking and issue triage

Experience with Atlassian Confluence for documenting requirements and designs
