Advanced Digital Automotive Group (ADAG) is a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and content marketing for auto repair shops across the United States. We are a remote-first company with a fast-growing content team and a strong track record of producing high-volume, high-quality video content for our clients.
We are now expanding our content team into Latin America and looking for a talented AI Video Creator & Editor who can hit the ground running.

THE ROLE
This is a full-time, remote position working US Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours. You will be part of a small, focused content team producing AI-generated short-form videos for 20+ US automotive clients, as well as editing long-form podcast content for our CEO.
You will be given scripts and briefs — your job is to execute them at speed and at quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Producing AI-generated Talking Head and UGC (User Generated Content) videos for automotive clients — approximately 6 to 10 finished videos per day
- Using AI video tools including Google Flow (Veo), Kling, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, and Opus Clip to generate avatars, voiceovers, captions, and final video output
- Editing long-form podcast recordings for our CEO — trimming, cleaning up, stitching together, and preparing for upload (we have a large backlog to work through)
- Exporting content correctly across multiple platforms and formats: Instagram Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook (9:16, 16:9, and 1:1 aspect ratios)
- Managing content for multiple clients simultaneously while staying on-brand for each
- Flagging issues with tools, assets, or briefs proactively rather than going silent

WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Google Flow / Veo, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, or similar — the more the better)
- Proficiency in at least one professional editing platform: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of short-form video formats and platform-specific specs
- Ability to produce 6–10 polished videos per working day, consistently
- Fluent English — reading, writing, and following briefs without errors or misinterpretation
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Available to work full-time MST hours (Mountain Standard Time, USA)
- Comfortable with time-tracking software (we use TeamLogger — periodic screenshots, no intrusive monitoring)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Familiarity with podcast or long-form video production
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or US content
- Knowledge of CapCut Pro's multi-platform export features
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency
