As a Project Manager, PMO, you’ll play a central role in keeping cross-functional company initiatives organized, aligned, and moving forward. You’ll lead strategic projects from ideation through launch and beyond, help teams stay focused, ensure timelines remain on track, and projects deliver meaningful results as SQUIRE continues to grow.
You’ll develop project plans and standardized timelines, coordinate stakeholders across the business, identify and remove roadblocks, and maintain clear communication throughout each phase of execution. You’ll also help strengthen and continuously improve the processes, tools, and best practices SQUIRE uses to manage projects at scale.
Success in this role requires experience with project management methodologies and tools, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams. You must be solutions-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled at bringing clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.
Reports To: Director, PMO and Enablement
Location: Hybrid - Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina
Type: Contract
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables, while minimizing scope creep throughout project execution
Create, update, and maintain project timelines for cross-functional initiatives
Proactively manage and mitigate project-level risks to ensure project success
Establish and maintain communication channels to regularly report on project status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
Plan, coordinate, and document lessons learned from projects upon closeout to drive actionable improvements for future projects
Leverage best practices to continuously improve project management methodologies
Support PMO leadership team in rolling out and developing PMO processes, templates, and best practices across the organization

5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross-functional role
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall, with the ability to flex methodologies depending on business needs
Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate project updates to a variety of stakeholders
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must be based in Buenos Aires
Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
