About us
We are a New York City-based architecture firm specializing in multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Founded seven years ago, the firm is currently undergoing a rebrand and expanding its team. With a total of 30 team members, including an 11-person architectural team in Bogotá, we work on the design and delivery of projects across New York City, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on quality and innovation. About the role The Project Manager will oversee project architects and their architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Responsibilities include developing and managing project timelines, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination with various consultants such as structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and interior designers, and facilitating communication to ensure smooth project execution. The candidate must be able to help and guide the project architects, to draw if needed and understand all aspects of detailing construction documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy in designs.
Required Skills:
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to take responsibility for project outcomes.
● Excellent communication skills, proficient in both verbal and written forms.
● Fluency in English, with strong speaking, writing, and reading skills.
● Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation.
● Deep understanding of construction processes, particularly with concrete structures.
● Coordination skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
● Detail drawing skills to create precise construction documents.
