Ecolab is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America FP&A Supply Chain Finance team, based in BA. This critical role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and controls, delivering insights to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and profitability through deep analysis of supply chain functional costs, production costs and logistics. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in global supply chain and finance to manage financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts, playing a pivotal role in supporting business objectives and driving process improvements.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting documents, including forecasts and forecast updates.

Lead the accurate and timely monthly close process, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.

Prepare journal entries and reconcile key accounts, maintaining robust financial controls.

Analyze financial results to identify business drivers and provide actionable commentary to management for spend control and performance improvement.

Prepare comprehensive reports on spend, volumes, and variances to understand trends and support decision-making.

Provide detailed expense, headcount, and project analysis to support annual budget cycles and assist in budget creation.

Drive and lead ad hoc or special projects and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain finance function.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of finance experience.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and economic analysis.

Advanced skills in spreadsheets and databases (e.g., Excel, EPM/HFM), financial systems, and ad hoc reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and accounting.
