We are looking for a Lead Android Software Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain native Android apps with a modern Kotlin-based stack. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable, scalable mobile experiences—apply to help shape high-impact features.
Responsibilities

Design native Android application architecture and technical direction

Build and maintain high-performance Android features using Kotlin

Lead code reviews and enforce clean, maintainable, testable code standards

Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive UI aligned with Material Design

Integrate mobile apps with backend microservices via RESTful or GraphQL APIs

Implement unit and UI tests and drive quality improvements
-
Profile and optimize performance, memory usage, and battery consumption

Coordinate release preparation and publishing updates to the Google Play Store
Requirements

5+ years of native Android development experience
-
5+ years of Kotlin for Android experience

Lead-level experience guiding engineers through reviews and best practices

Strong architectural knowledge of MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture

Strong dependency injection skills with Hilt or Dagger
-
Solid concurrency skills with Coroutines and Flow
-
Hands-on testing skills with JUnit and Espresso
-
Strong tooling skills with Android Studio, Gradle, and Git

Strong Agile collaboration skills in Scrum environments

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
-
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
