About the Role
We are hiring full-cycle Inside Sales Representatives to sell printer supplies directly to US school districts and individual schools.
This is not an appointment-setting role. You will own the sale end-to-end — from cold calling and discovery, to quoting, guiding product testing, closing first orders, and managing reorders.
Our sales cycle is short, typical first orders range from $100–$300, and success comes from consistent calling, confident pricing conversations, and disciplined follow-up.

What You’ll Do
- Cold call US school districts to understand how purchasing is structured
- Determine whether purchasing is centralized or decentralized
- Prospect and sell directly to individual schools when decentralized
- Identify printer models, usage, and supply needs
- Provide pricing and quotes directly to customers
- Offer samples and guide schools through product testing
- Close first orders and process reorders
- Expand accounts within districts over time
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity
- Work US business hours or agreed overlap
What Success Looks Like
- High daily outbound call activity
- Quotes and samples converting into purchases
- First orders closing within weeks
- Reorders and repeat business from schools
- Clean CRM data and strong follow-up discipline
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Confident discussing pricing and asking for the order
- Organized, reliable, and follow-up driven
- Quiet remote workspace and stable internet connection
Preferred (Not Required)
- Inside sales and telemarketing experience
- Experience selling to US customers
- Familiarity with office supplies, consumables, or education/government buyers
Compensation & Role Structure
- Contract role (Independent Contractor)
- Base compensation: $13,000 annually
- Uncapped commission: 3% of gross margin on all orders you close
- Commission applies to initial orders and reorders
- Commission is calculated on gross margin (sale price minus product cost and shipping)
This role rewards sales professionals who own the full sales cycle and build long-term income through repeat school accounts.
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and local compliance.

This role is best suited for sales professionals who:
- Enjoy full ownership of the sale
- Are motivated by commission and results
- Are comfortable closing business directly
- Prefer autonomy over a meeting-only sales role
If you are primarily interested in booking appointments for someone else to close, this role will not be a fit.
