JOB DESCRIPTION
As a FCRRC Associate, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders across the lines of business, corporate functions and compliance. You will play a key role in a team responsible for cycle preparation and coordination activities, ensuring the collation of data is executed in line with the local Governance models and regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities:

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.

Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and irregularities.

Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and business environments.

Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in the financial services industry with exposure to controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, compliance, or related business functions.

Familiarity with financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Experience using Alteryx or similar data analytics and automation tools.
