We are looking to hire experienced bookkeeping/accounting staff to join our US Small Business bookkeeping-on-demand team. We do bookkeeping - categorizing, reconciling, financial statements and light analysis for small business.
You will handle up to 25 clients at once. You are responsible for communicating directly with the client via email/phone/gmeet/portal or text message.
WOWING every client is our #1 priority - so you must have good people/client-relation skills, we want to WOW every customer with amazing service.
We are looking for people with
- CPA or other relevant Bookkeeping/Accounting certifications
- US Client Experience / US Bookkeeping Experience
- Multi-Client experience like working at CPA firm or similar
- Good English and willing-ness to work ina client facing role.
