Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual Spanish Bilingual Outreach Specialist to support a U.S.-based Social Care Management (SCM) healthcare outreach program. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to Spanish-speaking participants, educating them about available healthcare and social support services, scheduling appointments, documenting interactions accurately, and helping improve access to care for underserved communities.
This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in healthcare, customer service, outreach, or call center environments who enjoy building relationships, communicating with empathy, and helping individuals navigate healthcare resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach — Make high-volume outbound calls to Spanish-speaking participants to introduce healthcare and social care programs.
- Educate participants — Clearly explain available healthcare benefits, services, and program eligibility while answering participant questions.
- Schedule appointments — Coordinate appointments and assist participants with enrollment into healthcare programs.
- Document interactions — Accurately record all participant communications, outreach attempts, and appointment details within the CRM system.
- Maintain participant engagement — Conduct follow-up calls as needed while providing professional, compassionate customer service.
- Ensure quality and compliance — Follow established workflows, documentation standards, and quality assurance guidelines while maintaining participant confidentiality.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, healthcare outreach, appointment scheduling, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, community outreach, or social services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or healthcare documentation systems.
- Experience supporting Medicaid, Medicare, or other healthcare assistance programs.
- Previous experience handling high-volume outbound call campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple participant interactions efficiently.
- Passion for helping underserved communities access healthcare and social services.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $5,900.00 - $8,100.00 per hour
