The role: We are looking for Technical recruiter to continue growing and managing our team. OneSeven is an international company with team members across the US, Central America, with a few in Europe and Asia.

Your primary focus will be establishing relationships in Argentina/US to find talent for our development team as well as research the best areas to expand our UX/UI, QA and Marketing teams.
Core Recruiting Skills

5+ years talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years focused on technical and design recruiting

Fluent English and Spanish required, Portuguese strongly preferred

Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios (REQUIRED)

Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms, staff augmentation companies, or similar agencies (REQUIRED)

Deep understanding of technical roles AND design roles: Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, UX/UI, Product Design

Experience recruiting for project-based consulting engagements (3-12 month contracts)

Advanced technical vetting skills - ability to assess coding ability, system design thinking, and technical problem-solving

Experience conducting technical phone screens and evaluating coding samples before formal technical interviews

Understanding of design principles and ability to evaluate UX/UI portfolios

Experience with "always-on" recruiting - continuously building talent pipelines

Ability to evaluate technical portfolios, GitHub repositories, Dribble/Behance profiles
