Virtual Executive Assistant (Lead Gen & Personal Support)
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable Virtual Executive Assistant to act as a right-hand to our CEO. This is a dual-track role: you will drive the engine of our fundraising lead generation while simultaneously managing executive and personal administrative tasks to keep the CEO’s life and business running smoothly.
The Two Halves of Your Role
1. Lead Generation & Agency Operations
- Database & Software Mastery: Utilize our proprietary database and lead gen software to identify and target high-value fundraising prospects.
- Campaign Orchestration: Launch and monitor automated outreach sequences, ensuring all technical workflows are firing correctly.
- Pipeline Management: Review incoming responses, qualify interested leads, and ensure they are seamlessly handed off to the client or the CEO.
- Tracking: Maintain daily logs of campaign performance (open rates, response rates, and lead volume).
2. Executive & Personal Assistance
- Calendar Management: Handle the CEO’s scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and protecting their "deep work" time.
- Email & Communication: Manage the CEO's inbox, drafting responses, and flagging urgent items.
- Personal Logistics: Handle personal tasks such as travel bookings, research for personal purchases, gift ordering, or managing personal appointments.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Take on special projects as they arise, from market research to light document formatting.

- High-Integrity: You will be handling sensitive data and personal information; discretion is your baseline.
- Proactive Communicator: You don't wait for instructions—you anticipate needs and provide regular updates.
- Tech-Savvy: You pick up new software (like our proprietary tools) quickly and are a power user of Google Workspace/Slack.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a VA or Executive Assistant role.
- Proven experience with lead generation, CRM management, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
