We are seeking an AI leader to build and drive an AI Center of Excellence, setting enterprise vision, standards, and governance for responsible adoption. You will bridge business, technology, and compliance to deliver secure, compliant, high-impact AI outcomes—apply to help shape how AI is delivered at scale.
Responsibilities

Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the AI Center of Excellence

Lead cross-functional teams to align on AI standards, best practices, and success measures

Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management

Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails

Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services to ensure policy and regulatory alignment

Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude

Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to design scalable, secure integrations with existing systems

Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines for AI solution development

Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on governance, priorities, and ROI

Develop adoption playbooks, training programs, and communication plans to increase AI maturity

Track and report enterprise AI metrics, compliance status, and value realization to leadership
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience with AI development lifecycle (AI-DLC) and lifecycle governance

1+ years of experience leading AI technology management and enterprise AI programs

Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive standards adoption

Enterprise governance experience covering access provisioning, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails

Hands-on platform knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude

Strong data engineering fundamentals aligned with Data Engineering Essentials

Strong communication skills to advise executive leadership on AI risks, trends, and opportunities

Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
