Hacking Immigration Law, LLC is looking to grow. We're in search of a REMOTE Sales/ Leads Intake Specialist. Applicants must be fluent in English. Applicants will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct structured consultations to understand immigration needs and case eligibility
- Clearly explain legal services, process expectations, and pricing
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients by closing sales
- Follow up persistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates
Intake & Case Qualification
- Gather and accurately document client information in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Identify appropriate case types (asylum, family petitions, removal defense, etc.)
- Flag urgent or complex cases for attorney review
- Ensure all required intake data is complete and compliant before handoff
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as:
- Conversion rate
- Revenue generated
- Response time
- Follow-up consistency
- Track and update all activities in CRM in real-time
Client Experience
- Deliver empathetic, culturally sensitive communication
- Build trust with vulnerable populations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3+ years of sales experience (high-ticket or consultative sales preferred)
- Strong closing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; Spanish highly preferred)
- Ability to handle high call volume and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and CRM skills
Preferred
- Experience in immigration law or legal intake
- Experience working with immigrant communities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Compensation
- $800 USD base salary + CIP commission
