We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to high-impact national and international projects. This role offers the opportunity to learn alongside experienced engineers, develop hands-on technical skills, and build a career in power generation and infrastructure engineering.
Position Overview
As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will join our Electrical Engineering team and support the technical development, design, and execution of engineering projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to engineering deliverables while progressively taking on greater technical responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Support the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
Assist in the development of electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation under senior supervision.
Support the design and specification of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
Assist with electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and grounding analyses.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
Apply applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications in day-to-day work.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering (internships and academic projects count).
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Foundational knowledge of electrical power systems.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and take direction within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
We highly value candidates with exposure to:
Industrial facilities, renewable energy projects, substations, or combined-cycle power plants.
Electrical power system analysis and design tools such as ETAP, PowerWorld, SIMSEE, or AutoCAD.
ANSI and ISO standards and regulations.
Internships, co-ops, or academic projects in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
