What will you be doing here?
El principal desafío de la posición es ser la/el responsable de cuidar los espacios de la fábrica Moreno para garantizar la experiencia del colaborador.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Evaluar el estado de conservación y mantenimiento de todos los activos de la fábrica, incluyendo mobiliario, infraestructura e instalaciones sanitarias.
Supervisar el funcionamiento adecuado de los servicios como iluminación, aire acondicionado, electricidad y sanitarios.
Coordinar la ejecución de trabajos realizados por terceros para garantizar el mantenimiento apropiado.
Administrar el presupuesto del área y gestionar las órdenes de compra para el abastecimiento de insumos necesarios.
Participar en foros relacionados con sustentabilidad, cultura, marketing, recursos humanos, seguridad e higiene, para identificar ajustes necesarios en los espacios según las políticas de la empresa.
Implementar programas de cuidado de espacios.
Coordinar los servicios de soporte.
