SALES ASSOCIATE – JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Sales Associate who can create an excellent shopping experience while achieving store sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customers’ needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Actively promote and sell apparel, accessories, and other products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Engage customers confidently and communicate product features, benefits, promotions, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain attractive, organized, and well-stocked merchandise displays in accordance with store standards.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, receiving, and proper storage of merchandise.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS/cashiering system when assigned.
- Support promotional activities, visual merchandising, and other sales initiatives.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the sales floor.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases through excellent service.
- Perform other store-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- High School/SHS graduate or College level/graduate.
- With at least 6 months of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
- Presentable and professional in dealing with customers.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Can start ASAP.
