Responsibilities

Assess expenditure support documents and confirm all accounting details are correct

Coordinate bank payments to EPAM partners, including local and international transfers via batch and single transactions

Maintain US GAAP expense records by category and document accounts payable and banking transactions

Run monthly closing activities for designated accounts in SAP while following company guidelines

Interact with local statutory accountants to resolve bookkeeping questions when needed

Share explanations and backup documentation with Senior or Lead Accountants for all relevant entities upon request

Answer internal and external inquiries, attend meetings, and provide audit support documentation

Support process improvement work with the IT team, identify enhancement opportunities, and participate in testing new solutions
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2 years of professional experience in accounting roles

Advanced MS Office knowledge, with a strong focus on Excel for analysis and reporting

Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to compliance standards

Proven ownership mindset with accountability for results

Ability to operate effectively within established policies and procedures

Experience collaborating in diverse, multicultural teams

English proficiency B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, spoken and written

ACCA or DipIFR qualification
