Supervise laboratory activities and product development to ensure compliance with the quality and safety standards established by the company, and contribute to business growth.
Key responsibilities

Supervise finished product testing in the laboratory to ensure product approval in accordance with the standards defined by the Company

Monitor laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with the required quality and safety standards.

Maintain laboratory supply stock to ensure availability of materials.

Supervise laboratory operating procedures to ensure compliance with the quality and HSEQ standards (including energy) established by the Company.

Comply with the safety measures required for laboratory work to ensure adherence to the applicable safety regulations.

Contribute to the certification and/or maintenance of the plant's management system.

Supervise and/or approve raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements.

Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports.

Act as backup supervisor across different operational areas.

Prepare technical specifications for packaging and raw materials.

Request quotes and create purchase orders in Navision for laboratory supplies, technical services, and equipment.

Enter invoices into the Navision system.
-
Monitor chemical precursor stock and submit quarterly reports to RENPRE.
Knowledge skills and abilities
-
Degree in Chemical Engineering
-
5+ years of relevant experience

Knowledge of ISO and IATF 16949 standards

Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and Core Tools

Advanced English proficiency
