Impact Ignite is a startup studio that helps founders and operators launch and grow companies using AI as the leverage point. We're hiring AI Product Engineers to be the on-the-ground builders for our client companies - the people who turn high-level strategy into shipped product. This is a remote, full-time contractor role paying $3,000–$5,000 USD/month.
You'll be the dedicated product person for multiple clients in parallel. Each client should feel like they have a full-time builder on their team. Your day looks like this: translate founder conversations into detailed prompts for AI coding tools, ship the result, review it, iterate. Write a tight requirement, hit enter, switch to your other client while it runs, come back, refine. You'll own client communication during the week and work directly with our founding team - no layers, no bureaucracy.
We're looking for builders with strong taste and a strong appetite to ship at speed. Coding background is not required, but vibe coding experience is - if you haven't already used Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Replit, or Bolt on your own projects, this isn't the role for you. You probably look like one of these: the "glue person" at a startup who held the product together, a consulting analyst (Globant, Big 4, McKinsey) who's been vibe coding on the side, a customer success or solutions engineer who kept ending up doing product work, or a self-taught operator who's launched their own side projects with AI. You're sharp, curious, opinionated, and you finish things. Clients trust you fast.
