We are looking for an Account Junior who combines a solid Customer Success background with strong commercial skills. This profile will act as a strategic point of contact for active accounts, identifying growth opportunities, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, and translating customer needs into tangible solutions.
As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction rates.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate in the development of commercial proposals, quotes, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for assigned accounts, maintaining a consistently high volume of responses through direct outreach.
- Deliver online presentations and product demos showcasing the company’s telecommunications services and solutions to active customers.
- Qualify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and escalate when appropriate.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s telecom products and services to act as a technical-commercial reference for clients.
Skills to be part of our amazing team:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Technical-functional background. Ability to understand software architectures, cloud services, APIs, or SaaS/telecom solutions, and communicate them clearly to business stakeholders.
- Bilingual or advanced English level.
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel to Caribbean countries, Panama, Costa Rica, and
Miami as required.
