Job Summary
The Website & Digital Support Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the Okeanos website and digital properties. This role requires someone who is comfortable working inside WordPress, can troubleshoot issues independently, build and update landing pages, manage third-party integrations, and keep the site running smoothly — without needing to escalate every task. The ideal candidate has a solid mix of technical know-how and digital marketing sensibility, and can be a reliable, go-to resource for the team on all things web.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day website maintenance, updates, and content management across the Okeanos WordPress site.
- Build, update, and optimize landing pages in support of campaigns, launches, and international markets.
- Monitor site performance and produce regular analytics reports (traffic, conversions, SEO metrics) using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Identify and resolve technical issues including plugin conflicts, broken links, form errors, and page performance problems.
- Manage and troubleshoot third-party integrations (forms, CRMs, email platforms, tracking pixels, etc.).
- Implement basic SEO best practices including metadata, page structure, image optimization, and internal linking.
- Support the team with site-related requests including new pages, content edits, image uploads, and structural changes.
- Coordinate with external developers or agencies when issues exceed in-house scope, and clearly communicate requirements and timelines.
- Maintain site security, backups, and plugin/theme updates.
- Support digital needs for international markets, including regional landing pages and localized content updates.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience managing or supporting WordPress websites in a professional setting.
- Comfortable with HTML and CSS for minor edits, fixes, and customizations (no deep coding required, but must not be afraid to get into the code).
- Hands-on experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or similar.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO principles.
- Experience managing forms, integrations, and plugins (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Gravity Forms, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting instincts — able to diagnose and resolve common WordPress issues independently.
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple requests at once.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
