We're looking for an Office Management & People Experience to help us strengthen that experience from the inside out keeping our Buenos Aires office running smoothly while shaping the moments that make Ekumen a place people love to be part of.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Buenos Aires office, serving as the primary point of contact for building administration, vendors, facilities, workplace services, and office maintenance.
Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment by coordinating office supplies, repairs, external service providers, and workplace initiatives.
Coordinate employee benefits, engagement programs, onboarding logistics, and other key moments that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Identify opportunities to improve workplace operations, employee satisfaction, and overall office experience.
Partner with the Culture & Engagement team to support initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and company culture.
Support the planning and execution of company events, gatherings, and cultural initiatives that foster collaboration and community across distributed teams.
Coordinate logistics, communications, vendors, venues, travel arrangements, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution.
Partner with travel agencies and service providers to support internal events, industry conferences, client engagements, and other company activities.
Help design meaningful experiences that bring our people together and reinforce what makes Ekumen a great place to work.
3–5 years of experience in People Experience, Office Management, People Care or similar roles.
Experience executing corporate events, community events, or employee engagement initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, creative, and hands-on mindset.
Passion for building communities, strengthening culture, and creating meaningful experiences.
Experience working in technology companies.
Experience working with remote-first or distributed teams..
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
