We are looking for a BPM Bizagi Technical Leader to shape and govern BPM solutions that improve how our clients run critical business processes. You will define standards, guide delivery teams, and ensure high-quality implementations end-to-end—apply to help drive impactful automation outcomes.
Responsibilities

Design BPM solution architecture in Bizagi aligned with client goals and enterprise standards

Define methodologies, standards, and techniques for each BPM initiative

Estimate effort and complexity for implementing each BPM solution and support delivery planning
-
Lead and supervise BPM developers with continuous technical guidance and quality oversight
-
Review technical guidelines and ensure adherence to Automation CoE best practices
-
Approve BPMN 2.0 process models, forms, business rules, data entities, and user assignments
-
Drive integrations with internal systems through connectors and APIs
-
Establish version control practices and repositories using Azure DevOps or an equivalent platform
-
Apply DevOps and DevSecOps practices across development and release activities
Requirements

5+ years of experience delivering BPM solutions in Bizagi
-
5+ years of experience in process engineering and business process design
-
Strong leadership skills to guide developers and enforce engineering standards

Proven project estimation skills for scope, effort, and delivery planning
-
Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling principles and best practices
-
Bizagi tool certification in architecture or solution design
-
Solid integration skills with connectors and APIs for internal systems
-
Hands-on DevOps and DevSecOps knowledge within the software delivery lifecycle
-
Strong consulting skills to work directly with clients and translate needs into solutions

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, upper-intermediate) for daily collaboration
