We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This remote position plays a crucial role in managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication
* Answer phone calls and respond to texts promptly
* Schedule appointments and address client inquiries
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
2. Job Coordination and Monitoring
* Track ongoing jobs to confirm completion and accurate invoicing
* Ensure clients are billed correctly and follow up on timely payments
3. Technician Support and Oversight
* Maintain accurate records of technician hours and assist with payroll prep
* Monitor compliance with company procedures and protocols
4. Reporting
* Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports on sales, calls, clients, and job progress
* Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
5. Social Media Management
* Post daily updates across social media platforms to engage clients and promote services
Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient in scheduling tools and reporting software
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Self-motivated and efficient in a virtual work environment
Schedule and Compensation:
- Hours: Sunday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST (flexible shifts).
- Pay: USD7 per hour.
