We are seeking a Senior SAP PM Consultant with solid experience in S/4HANA to join a high-impact implementation project in the agribusiness sector in Argentina.
The position requires a functional profile with strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM), experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
Work is performed in a hybrid model in Buenos Aires.
Responsibilities

Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP PM module within S/4HANA

Analyze and document preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes

Develop functional documentation, including Blueprint, technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals

Configure technical objects and manage maintenance orders throughout their lifecycle

Ensure end-to-end integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, CO, QM, and PP
-
Participate in the Realization, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases of the project

Provide functional support after implementation and during the stabilization phase

Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams, including ABAP, to ensure compliance with defined requirements
Requirements

At least 3 years of professional relevant experience as a functional SAP PM Consultant

Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP PM implementations, preferably within S/4HANA

Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and asset management

Hands-on experience with PM-MM, PM-CO, and PM-QM integration scenarios

Confident English communication at B2 level or higher, in both written and spoken forms
