Job description
The Sector Leader will be part of a highly collaborative team with the responsibility for building strong partnerships with Argentinian clients and candidates through new and existing business development, and full life-cycle recruitment. This includes working closely with the assigned search execution team in the delivery of utmost quality within the required timescales. Your role is that of a trusted advisor to our clients whilst contributing to Korn Ferry International’s integrated solutions sales strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is responsible for aligning and driving client opportunities within various sectors in Argentina though existing and new business development.
The Sector Leader is responsible for providing expertise to the markets to win new business and to ensure repeat business.
Ensure the appropriate level of expertise, consistent knowledge and support is given to sector searches.
Responsible for ensuring execution of assignments, repeat business, new client opportunities and excellent client service and delivery.
The role builds relationships with key Korn Ferry partners to form strategic client relationships, while also identifying potential opportunities outside of the channel.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Professional experience in a search, consulting or commercial environment, with good knowledge of and network in the professional search sector in Argentina.
Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for searches, developing search strategies and client/candidate management.
Strong Business Development experience and negotiation skills. Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs. Ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures and propose relevant solutions.
Matrix and direct team leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.

Proven track record of developing and maintaining senior-level client relationships, with experience engaging C-suite executives and key decision makers.
Demonstrated success in generating revenues through business development activities, client acquisition and account growth.
Strong market mapping, talent identification and competitive intelligence capabilities within the Professional Search environment.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a global matrix organization and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong executive presence, credibility and consultative selling skills.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and navigating ambiguous business situations.
Fluent English required, with the ability to interact confidently with regional and global stakeholders.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commercial Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
