Role Description The International Music Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves coordinating international releases, tracking global projects, and supporting music distribution and collection workflows across territories. The coordinator will liaise with artists, managers, and partners to organize metadata, rights information, and release schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining international music catalogs, assisting with licensing and rights documentation, preparing reports on performance metrics, and supporting cross-border promotional activities. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution of international music initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with high profile artist and managers
- Collect documents and data from artist, artist managers and Label representatives
- Manage Song catalogs
- Enter data into spreadsheets and organize large amounts of information for song catalogs
- Manage metadata for songs across various music databases
- Manage split sheets and other music and publishing related documents
Qualifications
- Driven
- Strong interest in music, with understanding of global music markets and genres.
- Experience or knowledge in administration, preferably as it pertains to Music.
- Some experience with data entry and or metadata.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google equivalents
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in catalog and data handling.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Buenos Aires, collaborating with international teams remotely.
- Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and music platforms
- Ability to speak some English.
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
