Job Description
Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements. Completes ongoing training on new import/export regulations concerning all clinical supplies. Participates in and supports department project teams. May coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally. Executes import and export activities according to PPD requirements, client requirements, and applicable regulations. Executes the Import & Export/Trade Compliance plan for each assigned project. Meets with the Trade Compliance Manager to discuss import and export issues, providing appropriate recommendations and alerts. Participates in ongoing training on new regulations concerning import/export activities. Maintains import/export records and documentation in accordance with applicable requirements and company procedures.
