The Sales Analyst plays a critical role providing insights into sales performance (sell in/sell out) within a cluster in supporting decision-making by the commercial team and generate/analyze reports such as sales quotas, incentives, Nielsen, market and customer information.
The colleague should have excellent data analysis skills and and the ability to work in English.
Scope: Argentina and Chile markets.

Compile and analyze sellout data by customer (direct sales) and by route (Distributors), identify performance Gaps / opportunities, and recommend actions.

Create standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.

Support sales administration, e.g., set up sales quotas, implement sales incentives, manage Salesforce performance.

Monitor distributor performance.

Interface with Finance & Controllership on managing Deflator and A&P budgets.

Interfaces with Supply Chain on Demand Planning process.

Support Annual Business Planning (ABP) at the cluster level.

Prepare the entire SIP monthly and report it to HR for commission payments.

Additionally, prepare SIP reports and training.

Nielsen reports.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, etc.

3-year experience in sales analytics statistics.

Professional English level (speaking and writing skills).

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Medium level knowledge in Microsoft Access

Familiarity with sell in/sell out and commercial concepts.

Understanding of Sales processes, metrics and performance levels.

Well-versed on analytical tools and techniques.
