We are seeking a Product Manager – Software Delivery to lead the development and delivery of digital products and applications. This role is focused on owning the product vision and managing software development teams, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in software product management, working closely with engineering teams, and ideally has exposure to Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality industries.
This is a hands-on role that combines product ownership, Agile execution, and team leadership to drive successful product outcomes.

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.

Act as the Product Owner, managing the product backlog and ensuring clear, actionable user stories.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into product features and requirements.

Gather and incorporate user feedback and market insights to continuously improve the product.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional software development teams (engineering, QA, UX/UI).

Drive end-to-end delivery of digital products and applications using Agile methodologies.

Ensure efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery execution.

Monitor timelines, scope, and quality of deliverables.

Serve as the main point of contact between business, product, and technology teams.

Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Clearly communicate product updates, risks, and progress.

Track and analyze product performance metrics and KPIs.

Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Optimize product functionality based on user behavior and business impact.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development environments.

Strong background leading or working closely with development teams.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Ability to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience delivering digital products or software solutions.

Advanced English is a must

Experience in Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality industries, especially related to digital or software solutions.

Familiarity with customer-facing applications, POS systems, or operational platforms.

Technical understanding of software development processes and systems architecture.

Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
