JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination for credit facilities.

Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management, and core banking processes.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments and within tight timelines, supported by strong prioritization.

Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines, including excellent prioritization skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, and/or Law

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Effective systems adoption and responsible use of AI tools, demonstrating integrity and adherence to controls

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
