Responsibilities

Build high-value business solutions by delivering scalable components

Design architecture that aligns with the requirements of the organization’s ecosystem

Develop Python ecosystem components that apply best practices in security, performance, observability, and automated deployment

Maintain operational continuity and strengthen the robustness of the Cloud infrastructure

Coordinate in an agile way with other areas to ensure continuous delivery of value

Deliver efficient solutions for data integration and processing

Collaborate with high-performance technical cells in a dynamic, challenging environment

Execute sprint-organized work with focus on iterative delivery of value

Adapt to changing priorities in an organized and autonomous manner

Design automated tests and produce technical documentation to ensure clean integrations

Apply Artificial Intelligence tools daily as development accelerators
Requirements
-
Proven experience of 3+ years in software development with advanced command of Python and solid handling of TypeScript
-
Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes
-
Experience working in Cloud environments, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-
Practical ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or GitLab
-
Sound technical judgment and pragmatism to use Artificial Intelligence tools as development accelerators

Working knowledge of automated testing and technical documentation to enable clean integrations
-
Experience collaborating in teams operating under agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Strong sense of ownership and self-management with a problem-solving mindset
-
Proactive approach and natural drive to take on complex challenges and raise the technical bar
-
Genuine interest in understanding the scale, impact, and responsibility of operating in the client’s financial ecosystem

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
