Position Overview
We are seeking a mid-to-senior Adobe Campaign Manager to join Upstart AEC in a full-time, fully remote position.
This role is focused on planning, building, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that improve engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Adobe Campaign expertise with experience supporting U.S.-based companies, customers, or marketing campaigns. Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related industry is also important for this position.
You should be comfortable owning both the strategic and operational sides of email marketing and demonstrating measurable results from previous campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Build audience segments, customer journeys, automated workflows, and campaign schedules.
- Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Create and execute A/B tests across subject lines, content, audiences, timing, and calls to action.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other campaign KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Maintain accurate customer data, suppression lists, preferences, and segmentation rules.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, content, product, and data teams.
- Ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and applicable email marketing regulations.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure emails are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, including building and launching email campaigns.
- Professional experience supporting U.S.-based companies, customers, or marketing campaigns.
- Experience within or supporting the logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related industry.
- Proven success improving email engagement, conversions, retention, or other relevant KPIs.
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign automation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Adobe Campaign certification or advanced platform training.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for reviewing or making basic email-template adjustments.
- Experience with CRM platforms, customer journeys, and other marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, data queries, or complex workflow configuration.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.
