Salary: USD 3,000 – 5,000 per month + Performance Bonus
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to drive the growth of the UGREEN brand across Argentina.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing distributors, expanding channel partnerships, developing key retail accounts, and executing local sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in IT, networking, security products, consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or related industries who possess established relationships with distributors and retail partners throughout Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, agents, and key accounts.
- Regularly visit customers and channel partners to support business development and channel expansion.
- Assist distributors in developing sales opportunities and increasing market penetration.
- Identify and develop new distribution, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Support local product planning and launch activities based on market demand.
- Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and market reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, channel sales, or distribution management.
- Experience in IT hardware, networking products, security solutions, consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Argentina's distribution and retail landscape.
- Existing distributor and channel relationships are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics products and competitive market trends.
- Native-level Spanish communication skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Argentina.
