What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and track shipments across the U.S.
- Communicate daily in English with carriers and drivers.
- Monitor operations and solve issues in real time.
- Keep systems updated (TMS / internal platforms).
- Support brokers with operational and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (C1) — must be comfortable speaking daily.
- Availability to work on site in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
- Availability to work the evening shift (6:00 PM–1:00 AM Argentina Time).
- Availability to work weekends as part of the team schedule.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
