Qualifications:

At least 10-12 years relevant experience in consulting or insurance industry, with multiple full-lifecycle transformation programs.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s desirable.

Deep domain expertise across the insurance value chain: underwriting, policy admin, claims, distribution, customer service, product, reinsurance.

Experience leading end-to-end transformation programs (business, tech, operations) in Life / P&C / Specialty / Health lines.

Strong tools & tech skills: advanced Excel / PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.), familiarity with data analytics or machine learning tools a plus.

Proven experience with technology modernization: cloud adoption, core system replacement, automation, etc
